How much is the shipping?

Shipping details — including available delivery options, charges, and estimated arrival times — will be clearly presented during checkout.

We’re delighted to offer complimentary shipping within Lithuania on all orders over €39, and free worldwide shipping on orders over €79.

When will I get my order?

Every Evoira nail set is thoughtfully crafted just for you. Our made-to-order approach ensures personalized artistry while supporting sustainability by reducing waste. Please allow 2–5 business days for our skilled artists to create your perfect set.

Your order will be shipped as soon as your nails are handcrafted to perfection. Processing occurs on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your Evoira package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow its journey.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, typically ranging from 3–10 business days. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Why is my tracking not updating?

We're sorry to hear your tracking isn't updating. Occasionally, carriers may take 1-2 business days to update shipment statuses. If you're still facing issues a few days after receiving your tracking number, please contact us with your order details. We're here to help!

Returns and exchanges

Do we offer returns and exchanges?

Yes! You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no explanation required. To do so, please email us at info@evoiranails.com.

Once we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed within 10 days using your original payment method.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Please note that custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

I have received a damaged item. How can I get assistance?

Though it’s rare, if you receive a faulty item or notice an error with your order, please let us know right away.
